Nigam Air-Conditioning provides the following services:

• AC Installation (Split, Window, Commercial)
• AC Repair & Troubleshooting
• Preventive Maintenance
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• AC Sales (New & Used Units)
• Gas Refilling (All refrigerant types)

Submitting a form on our website does not guarantee service confirmation. Bookings are confirmed only after telephonic or written confirmation from our team.

All prices displayed (if any) are indicative and subject to change. Final service charges are determined after physical inspection. Additional charges may apply for:

• Spare parts
• Gas refilling
• Electrical components
• Structural modifications

Payment is due immediately after completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For AMC contracts, payment terms shall be as per the written agreement.

Customers must:

• Provide accurate address and contact details
• Ensure safe access to the service location
• Inform technicians of prior repairs or known issues
• Ensure electrical safety compliance at premises

The company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or unsafe conditions.

Warranty on spare parts is subject to manufacturer policy. Service warranty (if offered) applies only to the specific repair performed.

Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or negligence
• Voltage fluctuations
• External environmental damage
• Third-party interference

Nigam Air-Conditioning shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or income
• Pre-existing equipment faults
